Order Processing:
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery:
- Shipping Speed: We offer standard shipping for all orders. The estimated delivery time is typically 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

- (Option 2: Paid Shipping) A flat shipping fee of Rs 100 will be applied to all orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (AWB number or postal receipt) so you can track your package.

- Please ensure you provide your full postal address, including a postal code and a valid mobile number, to avoid delivery delays.
- While we work with reliable courier partners, TiwariLawBookAgency (TLBA) is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes).
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@tiwarilawbookagency.in or call us at [Your Phone Number] with your order number.
- If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In this case, it will be treated as a return (please see our Return & Refund Policy).
Return & Replacement Policy
We are committed to ensuring you receive your products in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon receipt.
Important Information:
We will provide a free replacement for an item only under the following two conditions:
- The product has a manufacturing or binding defect (e.g., missing pages, pages out of order, misprints).
- You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered).
Replacement Window:
- You must notify us of any defect or wrong item within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot process replacement requests after this period.
How to Request a Replacement:
- Contact Us: To initiate a replacement request, please email us at support@tiwarilawbookagency.in with the following details:
- Your Order Number
- Your Name
- Reason for replacement (e.g., “binding defect,” “received wrong book”)
- A clear photo showing the defect or the label of the wrong item received.
- Await Approval: We will review your request. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the incorrect/defective item to us.
- Ship the Item: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Processing Your Replacement:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch your new, correct replacement item within 2-4 business days.
- Return Shipping Cost: If the return is approved (due to a defect or our error), we will reimburse you for the cost of return shipping.
Please Note:
- This is a replacement-only policy. We do not offer refunds.
We do not accept returns or replacement requests for any reason other than defects in the product. All sales are final unless the conditions above are met.
