Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing:
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery:
  • Shipping Speed: We offer standard shipping for all orders. The estimated delivery time is typically 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

    • (Option 1: Free Shipping) We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India.
    • (Option 2: Paid Shipping) A flat shipping fee of Rs 100 will be applied to all orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (AWB number or postal receipt) so you can track your package.
Important Information:
  • Please ensure you provide your full postal address, including a postal code and a valid mobile number, to avoid delivery delays.
  • While we work with reliable courier partners, TiwariLawBookAgency (TLBA) is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes).

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@tiwarilawbookagency.in or call us at [Your Phone Number] with your order number.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In this case, it will be treated as a return (please see our Return & Refund Policy).

Return & Replacement Policy

We are committed to ensuring you receive your products in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Important Information:

We will provide a free replacement for an item only under the following two conditions:

  1. The product has a manufacturing or binding defect (e.g., missing pages, pages out of order, misprints).
  2. You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered).
Replacement Window:
  • You must notify us of any defect or wrong item within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot process replacement requests after this period.
How to Request a Replacement:
  1. Contact Us: To initiate a replacement request, please email us at support@tiwarilawbookagency.in with the following details:
    • Your Order Number
    • Your Name
    • Reason for replacement (e.g., “binding defect,” “received wrong book”)
    • A clear photo showing the defect or the label of the wrong item received.
  2. Await Approval: We will review your request. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the incorrect/defective item to us.
  3. Ship the Item: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Processing Your Replacement:
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch your new, correct replacement item within 2-4 business days.
  • Return Shipping Cost: If the return is approved (due to a defect or our error), we will reimburse you for the cost of return shipping.
Please Note:
  • This is a replacement-only policy. We do not offer refunds.
  • We do not accept returns or replacement requests for any reason other than defects in the product. All sales are final unless the conditions above are met.
